Shipping policy

Delivery Terms

Delivery time: 2-5 business days. Your order will be delivered by our partner, UAB "OMNIVA LT".

Courier Delivery: OMNIVA courier will deliver your package to your home, office, or any other address you choose in major Lithuanian cities between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM on weekdays. In other parts of Lithuania, deliveries are made from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays. You will be informed about the estimated delivery time and tracking number via SMS or email. Upon delivery, you will need to present a valid ID to the courier. Delivery to the Curonian Spit incurs an additional fee of 20 EUR.

OMNIVA Parcel Terminal Pickup: Pick up your order at your chosen OMNIVA parcel terminal at your convenience. OMNIVA parcel terminals operate 24/7. You will be notified by SMS and/or email when your package has been delivered to the OMNIVA parcel terminal. You have 7 calendar days to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order within this period, it will be returned to the sender. When picking up your package at an OMNIVA parcel terminal, you will need to enter the PIN code provided in the SMS or present a valid ID.

Important: If you notice any damage to the package upon receipt, immediately inform the courier and draw up a damage report. By accepting the order and signing the delivery document without any notes, it is considered that the package has been delivered in good condition.
